I had heard the sound before. I turned away from the statues & saw a blue Telephone Box in the corner of the room. The door opened & a dapper young man with spiky hair jumped out, followed by a gorgeous nubile woman.
"Martha, we must keep our wits about us!"
"Blimey!" He shouted when he saw me.

A large number of statues were on exhibit, mostly of European origin. Some were quite impressive. I spoke with the curator in charge of the exhibit & took some notes & pictures, then I drifted off among the silent statues. I was alone in a room with 3 statues when I heard an odd whirring sound.
