How long does it take to write a NASA grant proposal?
Well, it took me 44 hours of dedicated writing time over four months.

More positivity. 😃 I don't want it to be another doom scrolling app.

The reason I don't have anxiety anymore, in spite of an above average stressful career, is that I regularly reduce my cortisol and release endorphins in the gym by lifting heavy things.
