Good idea on the test swatch, I'm a non gauge swatch type of girlie if that tells you anything, but with the time I've put into this shawl, major shrinkage is the last thing I want!

Absolutely! I always wash my pieces after they are finished but they are usually acrylic and can handle a good wash and dry.

Does anyone have any blocking tips for this yarn? Typically I work with acrylic yarn and steam block my pieces but wasn't sure if that would work for 100% cotton. Cotton King Sultan Yarn by Hobbi, 4 strand.

Throwback! Made this robe for my husband a few years ago as a Christmas present. Fun fact, I messed up the color order on the 2nd panel, row 4 & didn't notice until I went to seam the panels together. Frogged and redid a whole panel 3 days before Xmas. I've always followed PassioKnitKelsie's hexagon cardigan tutorial on YouTube; sometimes I add my own adjustments. The yarn for this one was Premier Sweet Roll Frostie in Peach Fizz, currently on sale on their website for $2.99! I used about 6 rolls of it to make this one! 🥰

First ever timed project! 13.95 hours later and this baby is finished! Crochet, plus size, oversized, hexi cardigan. I call this one Dreaming of Poolside Peach Bellinis 😎 🍹
