Es ist Schikane, was anderes finde ich schwer zu denken. Wie oft ist das passiert in den letzten Jahren, dass Maßnahmen, Verbote etc im Nachhinein für rechtswidrig erklärt werden - aber es wird vorher gemacht, nicht alle klagen (Forza Fanhilfen!), es schüchtert ein und verschiebt Grenzen. Not cool.
