Did you pay on a credit card? If you did, go through them. I find companies very quickly want to sort things back if you do a chargeback! I think you can do it with a debit card too but it can be a bit trickier
I didn’t specify not to call (they don’t let you have contact another way I don’t think) but it’s still quite intrusive. Esp on Sunday and Mother’s Day. I find it’s a particular sales technique used here in the midlands, they insult you and then just keep doing it. It’s basically bullying.
Made the terrible mistake of contacting a company about curtains and shutters. Woman called me an idiot, was absolute chaos and fabric choices were dire, told me she had a magic tape measure you can’t buy (a Stanley tape measure 😂).
Now keeps ringing me (even on a Sunday). Never, ever again.

I feel sorry for Yuki, they just treat him like a token driver which is really unfair. I think in the rest they did Yuki did well (allegedly) but they went with Liam anyway. No they seem to get off on trashing young men’s careers. The damage they must do to them must be huge.
I have to hold my hands up and say I wasn’t a fan of Lawson, I think the sound bites I saw/heard he was super arrogant but I feel terrible for him. It must be really difficult to be in his position, same for the others before him!
I’ve seen rumours that Lawson is out and Yuki will be swapped in for Japan. Whether that’s true or not, I guess we’ll see. Lawson doesn’t bring enough £££££ with him like Checo so they’re not going to give him much grace.
Exactly, it’s all well before him, they all knew it’s the way they set up and kept blaming the drivers until Lawson. That and their treatment of Yuki (and others tbf) should be raising much bigger questions than it is IMHO.
But I do wonder why they’re only pushing this narrative in the media now, when it was clear before. Toto even said it in DTS that Checo said the car was the problem, and that’s been totally ignored until Lawson’s gone in.
