On National Dogs in Politics Day, County Executive Chris Ronayne stopped at Dogtopia Downtown Cleveland. The 784 Euclid Ave. daycare has 6,000 sq. ft. of play space, a 10-ft dog statue, and celebrates 1 year next month.
