Honestly I’m envious of folks that can listen to calls on speaker phone in public. I have to wear my AirPods or I won’t be able to distinguish from background noise.

Yeah, seems like situational vets.
I wish Ozzy had outlived the War Pigs.
Finished reading Gideon Falls V2 By Lemire, Sorrentino, Stewart this morning.
It’s a beautiful, well thought out ending. It’s difficult on Lemire, since as a reader you understand the mystery, which makes the story less compelling, fortunately the art carries the story the last few issues.
As someone who buys new comic trades nearly every week, it’s baffling to me that publishers, especially the big 2, aren’t dedicating at the very least a social media post every week for new and upcoming trade/hardcover/omnibus releases.
Ran over to Kings Dominion tonight and after waiting out weather closures added 4 credits I didn’t have getting real close to 200 now…
Raptera (2x), Grizzly, Tumbuli, & Flight of Fear tonight.
Good morning!
Miracle Grow should give me a contract.
It’s amazing how the story was ‘the magic don’t have any guards’ & now the Bucks are like ‘we signed new guards!’
I found a decent 3for2 deal on Amazon. Some nice additions to the collection.
I don’t watch college basketball, and have a distinct memory of this moment. ‘Oh, we got a dude.’
Interesting interview with Clair Noto about writing Red Sonja comics and working with Roy Thomas.
Book 1 feels like a deck of horror stories being shuffled. Different genres, times, settings, & characters all introducing themselves briefly. You can see the order coming together & by the end you can see all the suites, you know the trump, & the game has been named.
I’m excited for book 2.
2/2
Just finished Gideon Falls by Lemire, art by Sorrentino, colors by Stewart.
Absolutely incredible art with colors that complete a real identity as a horror book. This feels like 3 creators at the top of their form.

He better step up to be their #2 or this will be a problem.
I got to see Superman last night & enjoyed it very much. Incredible cast. Good story. I enjoyed the way it looked. It felt like a comic book.
It was fast paced, with no time to repeat itself, so some folks will miss the details and point at them as plot holes.
I hope folks read more Superman now.
Let’s gooooooooooooooo!
I never loved the comet logo, but I do have a lot of it. I certainly like this new logo a lot.
Stopped by the pro shop to get some merch with the new logo while we were in town.
My son grabbed 2 jerseys on bogo.
Good morning! This reading stack is getting taken down on during this week of vacation.
Oh, and the new Slow Death album is aces.
What movie did you see way too young?
Reading Gideon Falls and Words of Radiance as vacation reads was a poor choice. I’m stressed!
This is probably going to be a controversial opinion, but I don't want super-hero movies to adapt existing stories. We have those stories. In the comics. By the comic creators. I would much prefer original stories. That's why I am looking forward to seeing Superman.
8 miles down. Let’s make it a good one today!
So glad Oasis reformed

Running in central Florida is a very wet experience.
Books have been read. Miles have been ran.
Some pushups left to go… then off to visit some dear friends.
Vacation rules.
Nice. Now let’s sign another forward who can shoot for the last spot.
Bane is a Batman villain, so DC. The Bane memes with him are mostly terrible though.
Decorum by Hickman & Huddleston, originally a Patreon project. The art is is interesting, beautiful & tells the a captivating story. The ‘Hickman design pages’ are in excess. The characters are dynamic, well thought out. A slow act 1 becomes a fantastic act 2.
They don’t stick the ending.
