I find it so interesting that we've had many different ways of finding the same thing: People find library interfaces/ systems really difficult to deal with. We've maybe had small improvements but no big leaps to user friendliness. #LILAC25

I would have welcomed more case studies and more practical insights. It was very product focused, which I understand but not always possible to see how your institution can utilise it(or afford it). I think AI literacy is a fundamental that needed discussing too!
