Clarity, in case required, no resentment to those who left that way. Just University leadership for using VS as a tool to dodge discussion.

While people who were about to retire in 2025 were given VS, and extra money from our apparently cash strapped employer to do so, just to put a block on hiring to fill that role. Given every role has to go to approval to rehire anyway that seemed like management wanting to avoid the conversation.
