Anyone currently working on the Home Energy Model consultation? I’d be happy to share views early next week. In summary there’s a tension btwn cost / granularity /consumer engagement / quality. In particular, consider what is appropriate for an EPC (valid ten years) vs a retrofit assessment.
Trouble is the people who genuinely benefit are pretty much a fully separate group from the people it was developed for, I imagine?
