Yep. Immutable law of golf. Good range session means an equal and opposite reaction on the course.
Case in point, the two in the majority haven’t touched a case as a litigator in at least ~40 years, their private practice was limited, and there’s literally zero impact to them for taking these asinine positions. Insanity.
This is what happens when our judiciary becomes so distanced from the realities of cases (mostly because many never even touch actually trying cases anymore) that the cases on appeal have as much impact to them as a law school hypothetical. Just untethered from reality.
Why in the world should we give someone one of the most stressful jobs on the planet and then hope they’ll get sober?
