You don't have to call them "gods" to worship things above the Lord. Worship, worth-ship. When you proclaim ultimate worth to something and put other things as secondary considerations.
You know. Idolatry.
If your political party is more important than your church, that's other gods you worship.
I have never posted where I didn't have to delete racist sexist homophobic xenophobic bigoted comments. You name it. Instagram seems to have an algorithm designed so the absolute meanest most bigoted psychopaths get shown my little Jesus videos so that they can anonymously vomit their hate onto me.
I don't understand y'all who primarily engage social media on Instagram. There or are five or six platforms might post on in the course of a month and I have healthy positive even friendly responses on most of them. I've actually made friends and I keep up with them. But Instagram is a cesspool.

When you tell someone they'd be getting a letter from St Paul if he were alive today... It's definitely not the insult you think it is.
Paul wrote these letters almost exclusively to people he knew and loved and wanted to help them get through their struggles so their community would survive.
I don't want to get too political but like maybe the people who have been executed by federal officers in the streets for no reason should still be at the top of the news since our government actively proclaimed they don't care and they'll lie about it reflexively.
