I think so. Has a great art scene, free museums, many concert halls, BBQ galore, fun nightlife, etc. I moved here for UMKC in 2016 so been here since.

Love the uniqueness of every local coffee shop.
Top favorite spots in KC are Messenger Coffee and Cafe Equinox.
