I think what one has to do is check the budget and buy the car most suited for that budget. I dont think ICE and EV can be compared neccesarily on a individual basis. EV's are more expensive for sure, but not crazy more expensive. And consider the opposite, if you spend 50$ on gas every 2 weeks

yeah thats why maintenance costs are higher for ICE cars than for EV. EV is basically just a battery with wheels instead of 2000 moving parts. Less times you have to go to a garage to pay 600 or so for maintenance. Cant stop the future
