I usually go to the afternoon matinee when I go, usually because I’m on my own, and I don’t want to be getting the bus back late at night, or if my daughter comes then she doesn’t like getting back home late.

I had a modest lentil and cauliflower Dahl for lunch and now I’m craving veggie sausage rolls and thinking of food (🫣), which I have in the freezer. I might have one or two with some salad to sate my appetite.

Ugh! It’s just gone a bit dark and dull here. Sun’s gone in. 🙁

But resting my eyes and not having too much light on them will help.

I’m not always of the frame of mind to go out into the sun just because it’s out. I suffer terribly with allergies so I have to be careful. Also, my poor left eye reacted to something last night. It watered all evening and gave me a headache. I may change my mind and possibly go for a run in a bit.

I’ve had a very nice lentil and cauliflower Dahl. Not homemade, but equally nice. I think I might make today my reading day, so Monday can be my marketing day. And also another job needs doing Monday too.

The food arrived and it’s all nicely packed away. Don’t have the energy to do the bus thing today, so I’m going to have a nice meal and then decide what to do.

Shop is due in an hour. I’m thinking of leaving my desk and going for a little trip out after.

If I go to the island though, it’s a bus trip to the main city and then a bus from there to the island. So long drawn out.
