All this is to say that I’m trying to not measure my self worth and value by how successful I am or by how much art I’ve created—and just enjoy the fact that I can make art that I like. And it’s made the act of drawing so much more approachable and desirable.

And although most of what I’ve done so far has been sketches, there’s a lot here that I’d like to come back to later and finish off. Right now I’ve got some daily Halloween challenges I’m doing so when October is done I’ll have less structured drawing days to mess around.
