The entire point of a pilot is a test-drive of the concept in the hopes of showing it’s viable enough for a studio to pick it up…it’s never been about character development, only “Here are some characters we want to explore, here’s why this would be a good show.” I’ve never seen a pilot--

This bill would endanger freedom of speech and freedom of expression in disastrous ways and put lots of lives in danger. Its bigger then the Hellaverse
Oh another fun part. This absolutely will be used to criminalize LGBT expression with federal charges. It applies to all media. This bill endangers fan artists, AO3, cosplayers, pin up artists, adult entertainers, dancers–EVERYONE LOSES HERE.

It’s also important to note that they’re making attempts at making sex crimes punishable by execution.
