Perhaps it is better as it is tho. Just randomly there, eerily devoid of any purpose or reason to exist, yet cheered for the same reasons

They probably had plans for it but had to scrap those(it's a miracle they shipped the game in about 2 years), it's supposedly a research lab (that's what it is called in the game files)

Is that Back in Action? I've never watched it but I assume there's Wal-Mart in the middle of nowhere there? There's some resemblance 🤔 (although the building in San Andreas is supposed to be a research lab, according to its name in the files)
