(IV) Entre estas razones destacan tanto las disfuncionalidades estructurales que arrastran desde su origen, como los retos —aún no resueltos— derivados de la globalización y la digitalización de la economía, así como su discutible justificación teórica.
(III) En primer lugar, se ofrece un recorrido histórico por las principales reglas de residencia fiscal corporativa adoptadas a nivel global, y concluye con la exposición de nueve razones por las que este estándar histórico atraviesa hoy su crisis más profunda.
(II) Se trata, en esencia, de un ensayo jurídico que cuestiona la lógica y la pertinencia de vincular la tributación de los beneficios societarios a la residencia fiscal de la entidad.

This is a very bright and ambitious initiative that aims to promote progressive (and mostly environmental) levies to finance climate and development action. The proposals have just been published and are open for public consultation until 28 February 💚🌍
