Found the problem pretty easily. To deactivate the plugin I subtracted the value I added to make it work. However I had it so it was subtracting repeatedly into the negatives. A very simple fix but very strange it didn't appear until now.

Oh cool the Jump Mechanic plugin completely fucks up the jump animation of Movement Routes if the player touches it once outside of the 1 room I wanted it for and for some reason an Actor was the wrong class even though I changed it in the System Settings.
