Ah sorry I don't know what's around in the US :( Spoonflower exists but their quality hasn't impressed me. Honestly you could try looking on Etsy if you have specific ideas for what you're after, there are definitely several good UK shops there, so maybe in the US too?

I learned on wovens originally , but when I got really into sewing a few years ago I started with stretch and found I actually prefer it! Getting confident holding it under tension as you sew is I'd say the main thing 😊 Zigzag on a normal machine works fine btw!

She was kind of annoyed that her friends thought she was Danny Go 😂 but then she got to tell them ALL about Amelia so it was OK

She has been mildly obsessed with Amelia since learning about her in a Women Who Changed the Word book, and now has two more specifically about her. They're all, uh, vague at the end. "One day Amelia flew so far that she never came back" sort of endings.
