Oh and for recommendations… I don’t read a lot of fantasy and sci-fi, but I think TJ Klune’s books fit into fantasy. The House in the Cerulean Sea is such a great read! Just lovely. And the sequel, Somewhere Beyond the Sea, is just as good—with a message that will resonate. The narrator is awesome.
I just signed up for Libro.fm. I haven’t yet had a chance to see how big their catalog is, but it seems good. I love that I get to support a local Black-owned bookstore.
