I decided today to embrace the grays and stop coloring my roots (been doing it for 35 years). Cut off a few inches today and made an appt for next month to start blending the dark brown in with the salt and pepper. Men have it easy, people just say you look “distinguished” and not “older”. 👵🏻

So last yr I didn’t do my annual self assessment and my mgr didn’t give me a review but still got a raise/bonus. This year I also skipped it and my mgr called me to do my review “I saw you didn’t do your assessment so I did it for you. I guess you’re busy. Good job. You still get a raise/bonus”. 🤷🏻‍♀️
