I think it's because those tariffs were deemed illegal (by US courts), and so any paid tariffs should be refunded. He did reinstate slightly different, though probably just as illegal tariffs, so who knows.

A web search seems to confirm that Tylenol is branded type of what we call paracetamol (unbranded; dafalgan branded). When I threw out my back a few years ago, I could mix the max dose for each in a day to help with pain control (3ish days, then eased off)
