Nausicaa in the Toxic Jungle staring at a pair of giant Ohmu. The jungle is dark and ancient, giant fungi towering up into the canopy and blotting out the sun. The only light is a patch of small blooming fungi that the Ohmu are walking through, lighting them in warm light from beneath. Various other giant insects roam the jungle, some flying above and others skittering across the trunks of trees.

This is pretty much the same build, except better utilizing the certificate + brainstorm. Also lucked into a 2nd copy of Hologram so this will probably never happen again.

Validation scripts for software are not something we need an LLM to help with, nor is there any particular reason to make them up quickly or numerously- the value proposition of LLMs.
I could care less, but it’s going to take some effort.
Fairly certain we have tools to assess the quality of an individuals code.

We can’t have an LLM console field an audit.
You assemble an ISO 13485 quality management system and a team that can implement it.
There are levels of responsibility and accountability built in.
Trust me I have had this conversation multiple times with PMs who came from software to med tech.
Humans understand what how and why they do something.
Machines do not have the ‘why’.
You can’t explore the design reasoning of an LLM. You can simply ask the person.
We apply design standards such as IEC 62304 for lifecycle maintenance & validation of software that have critical health impacts.
Because before we did, computer guided radiation therapy machines like the Therac overdosed because of unexamined safety code.
