At last! One can to last you on the walk to the pub.
I love camping but as a kid we went on mostly caravan holidays, my dad has always had a love for the outdoors so I asked why we didn’t camp? His answer was he did enough of that in the army and wants a roof over his head on holiday. Can’t blame him and his honesty didn’t kill camping for me.
… and on the other side lives Dennis Nilsen and over the road you have a clinic… run by Harold Shipman.
I’d call it “nonciment” as in nonce + condiment but I’m not sure it works.
It looks like he spent the family rations for the week on that meal and is eating it under the table as the Luftwaffe fly overhead.
Is there a Dutch version of Alexa?
Maybe because I told him to. Another weak willed man who can dish it out but can’t take it back.
I can’t drive because my eyes don’t work, I’d be a menace on the road right now!
Not as odd as a fellow that insults a random on the internets child’s name and then blocks them because he can’t handle being called out.
Oh have I upset you? You could just block me like the weak person you are.
Two ways this works either
A) you mean what you say and are a terrible parent
B) you are lying to score points with “internet strangers”
Either way you are the loser. Enjoy!
Calling it the “parenting game” tells us all we need to know about you.
Bristol Bus Station staff, when somebody clearly has a key and uses the disabled toilet it’s just fucking creepy to knock on seconds after I get in during my piss to check on me. Worst is after I say “hello” silently wait outside and then just stare at me as I leave.

Yeah I notice a lot of places now put baby change and disabled in the same room. Makes sense as it has plenty of space for the fold down table.
If the disabled bog doesn’t have a NKS (or “radar” key) the are fair game as long as you are not pushing a disabled person out the way for it.
I have an NKS key and I have gone into a disabled toilet that’s supposed to be locked only for key holders to find a smack addict sprawled on the floor.
To add, yes I did Google it hence why I am on Stack Overflow. It’s happened before where I’ve managed to solve the issue and post it back to SO and it becomes the only solution on Google for that.
Exactly but that breaks the illusion that they know what they are doing. Trouble is Specsavers are aggressively becoming the only game in town, literally they are the only option where I live and now I have to go to Falmouth miles away to use a different optician.
I go on Stack Overflow to post a specific issue, the only post for that problem and guess what? Only reply is “did you google that?”, no other responses even after a year.
The problem I had could never solved with glasses and they didn’t pick that up, they just couldn’t admit there was an issue. I wasn’t even advised to go to the doctor with the dizziness just to keep trying using their shitty glasses that would never work. Looking back they were so patronising.
I’m glad you got a refund, my test was over 2 years before I had my eye ops so very difficult to get anything out of them. Because they are technically not doctors (although they act like they are) they can’t be struck off or held accountable for negligence as all what they do is advisory.
I had the same issue with “you will get used to the glasses”. I was dizzy and having headaches but they just wanted me out of their hair, even got told the glasses would “bed in” which my consultant said is bullshit. They had no idea what was really wrong and didn’t care once I bought the glasses.
The problem with Specsavers is they rely on new machines and the “opticians” are given the bare minimum required training to keep them cheap, they are taught to run the machines and nothing more. This means they can miss more medical and non-common problems.
I agree with the OP but a word of warning about Specsavers, they are basically a sausage factory for eyes. I paid for the extra scan and they still missed a problem with my eyes, I nearly went blind and needed surgery on both eyes. Independent opticians are usually better trained.
This could be several “influencers” recently.
It’s surprisingly deep, you can do a lot with one. I used to have my entire set stored on mine and they are just so reliable.
Q80! Still got mine on top of the wardrobe. To me the pinnacle of hardware sequencers.
I call them “bumpy bastards”
I realised that shitty people at school had shitty home lives. But also had friends that had shitty home lives and didn’t become shitty people.
The point is having a shitty life can be a reason for being a shitty person but not an excuse.
