The orders, sent to the Schuylkill County Municipal Authority , Tremont Township, and Upper Bern Township, state that water and sewage cannot be supplied to the detention centers, and that the buildings cannot be occupied until federal and state environmental regulations are followed.
Fetterman and McCormick voted against upholding the Constitution which mandates that only Congress, as representatives of The People, has the power to declare and wage war.
