This seriously bums me out.
I am guessing that this was in fact not proper conditions.
I’m a big fan of when Copilot offers to rewrite something that was drafted by Copilot. The sound of a thousand out-of-office replies triggering each other, into infinity.
I spend as much time rearranging the toppings (and putting on new ones—hello, banana peppers) as I would if I were making a pizza from scratch.
I see plenty of discussion and good faith disagreement on this platform. The difference is, these discussions tend to be framed within reasonable parameters rather than, say, “How much naziism is OK?”

I really think it is not well appreciated how much longer it takes to check, revise and proof an AI draft versus something you wrote yourself. To do it properly, you need to check *everything*. It’s incredibly time- and resource-intensive.
