Jag fortsätter... En effekt av att registrera samma sak manuellt på mer än ett ställe, förutom att det skapar arbetstillfällen, är att kvalitén sjunker. Uppgifterna blir kanske inte ens användbara.
Kan i sammanhanget nämna. att om inte journalsystemet har integration mot ett kvalitetsregister som ska fyllas i, så sitter vårdpersonalen och skriver in uppgiften en gång extra. Det vill säga dubbelregistrerar/dubbeljobbar... Ibland registeras samma sak på tre-fyra-fem olika ställen.
Verksamhetsutveckling, nationella standarder/krav, rapportering till alla kvalitetsregister (säkert ett hundratal om man vill rapportera till alla), IT-miljöer och så vidare kräver också resurser.
1990 hade knappast alla sjukhus en IT-resurs på heltid.
Kan tänka mig det.
Jag hade ett Videologic Sirocco Crossfire 4.1-system, rätt OK för sin tid, men givetvis inte samma tryck som i en riktig stereoanläggning.
Men i modern tid är det lurar som gäller för mig.
