After throwing in a sim game, Nolan McLean said he feels no symptoms. He's hoping to join Team USA in the next day or so. He'll speak with doctors first but says he feels fine and is excited to pitch against Team Italy.

Nolan McLean will throw about 50-55 pitches/four innings in a sim game today. Vertigo-like symptoms are gone.
Luis Robert Jr. will play four innings in center in that game. For now, Mets will play him in sim games on alternate days.
