Starting the new school year with my IT staff and asking them to read Steven Katz's article "Mirrors Before Windows". Regardless of where they are on the school division's org chart, when someone asks them for help, they are taking on a leadership role.

LRSD school leaders spent the day with Dell Canada and specifically with Katina Papulkas learning about all things AI in K-12 education. Katina put on an absolute master class on how to lead 140 school leaders, at different levels of AI knowledge, and help them move forward in their AI journey.
