Never truly realized how different the maps in Hearts DS vs R are. What did they do to you Celland

Every single facet of his personality, all of his goals and aspirations and ideals and relationships are based off of his dead mother who he didn't even know. It's so ingrained in him that he bases his sense of self around what has been lost.
The implications of that and the ending of Hearts? 🙂

I've been rotating him in my head obsessively for so long and to this day I cannot for the life of me picture him living a happy and fulfilled life postgame. Absolutely nothing in his narrative suggests this is a possibility for him. If anything all things point to the opposite. GOD he's fascinating
