I don't see either of these relationships as purely transactional.
I guess I get delivery every couple of months?

Part of the fun of it for him was that I live in a cabin over looking the water and there's a kayak.* But I have money, and he has much less, and not stressing about my cats was a huge bonus to me.
*And one of my cats was sweet and loving, though the other two sulked.
I wonder. I pay a house cleaner to do deep cleaning. Which is hardly a new service - though I count my house cleaner as a friend.
When I was out of the country last fall, a student house say for me and took care of my cats. I paid for that too. (And got him some hand knitted hats.)

Edward Bristle...
This is torture.
Let me know, and I can show you how to start the process.
(Centering around Germany, but throughout the eu.)
Fwiw, I'm in touch with a coalition of over 3500 manufacturing and engineering companies in the EU that have decided to make it a priority to get trans folks into jobs in Europe.
It sounds like you might be set, but also, you might know folks?
...I am so glad I'm back in the PNW.
(Not really even this in particular, just the number of times I've said "fucking Ohio...!"
CWRU represent.
When I started it, the world was more smoldering. And I wanted to use them to comment bemusedly on straight culture. (Okay, the plot hasn't entirely agreed with that plan anyway.)
But now they're all kind of in the cross hairs.
Like, regular knitting math? Or Sara Jensen knitting math?
There's a piece of fiction that I'm working on (slowly, but I'm working on it, damnit) most of the background of which is social commentary.
And pretty much all the main characters are queer, and sometimes it's hard to write because writing makes their time move forward.
And guys saying this makes them even more unattractive, which is a neat trick.
...and never be financially dependent on a man.
This, as far as I can tell.
Periodically one regular universe character will be brought in so everyone can watch their downfall.
Which is especially weird because gabapentin is fine for me.
When I was on pregabalin - okay, I took one pill - I was beset with sudden onset depression. And I'm pretty non-depressive, so it was kind of a shock. (I ended up going home early, and taking hot baths and reading lots of trash fiction until it was out of my system.)
...but I have MCAS, so the systemic inflammation was pretty ridiculous.
Botox also did nothing for me.
But tirzepatide not only got my GI tract mostly working and hence my energy back, but it decreased my overall inflammation enough that I was able to decrease the gabapentin I was taking for the nerve irritation.
As of tonight, licenses of trans people across Kansas are being invalidated en masse, enabling the overnight criminalization of an entire group of people for going about our lives. Itβs often said you never know when youβre living through history, so let me assure you: thatβs whatβs happening now.
I am not surprised. But still shocked and deeply grieved.

And alpha lipoic acid was also big - but my migraines start from nerve irritation.
That's fascinating. B2 makes no difference to me. CoQ10 was huge, and niacin makes a difference.
After they were ordered to leave? Plausible.
And do I hear a shout out to the Portland Frog? We needed to reclaim frogs and we did!
I came in late. And I have a foster kitten I can pet at need.
Can he go back to targeting the Supremes? Because that's good theatre and so much more likely to blow up in his face.
Also, thank you for your service.
Racists like other racists.
And people who like to grandstand appreciate it in others.
Though I don't think Trump could win an argument even against nineteen year olds.
