As I've long suggested, anyone who knows when and how say "Avabanana!" can be considered English. So I think you have to sing something that heavily suggests the Avabanana response. Rat-a-tat-a-tat may also be accepted.
I know! All of the above is true and yet... Blue Lights is interesting drama with actual characters and plot. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. One of the Beeb's sleeper hits. I guess they feel it was underappreciated, which it definitely was.
