Best way to deal with mints.
Rosemary has been difficult to get through winter. Now that under 20° happens every winter, it like an annual here 8n the garden.
I stick to Spearmint and Peppermint mostly. pineapple mint is great in sun tea. Orange mint in Taboleh.

Hey! Found you! Answer is...all mints will mix it up. Best to keep the mints separated with distance. The chocolate mint is especially aggressive and I find less versatile than others.

The Parsley Patch is a bed in the shape of the Yin-Yang sign. Half is Italian Parsley, the other half Curly Parsley. The inner circles of the symbol are Lemon Mint.
