The issue is that they steal my plan. They requested me to pull together game plan at the interview with CEO but their final answer was No. nevertheless, they are doing based on my plan. Hhhmmm.

Bad news from 2 companies fastened me down to apply more and more. IT companies from Western countries tend to close their positions in Japan due to weak yen or recession fears.
A company decided not to move forward after 1st interview because they found an enthusiastic candidate who loves the country related to the company. It does not make sense, but it's ok as either one is No, we can't make it.
The other company shut down the position without screening my resume.
