I LOVE you women! You’re all smart, entertaining, and classy.

There’s ample clinical evidence behind your statement. I played classical music to my sons when they were born. One is a musician and both are doing well emotionally and intellectually. They’re ages 8 and 11. It’s amazing what immense power music has.

I love sushi and have it about once a week. I have a local supermarket that does a tremendous job preparing it.

I’m very grateful, though.

I just landed a job as a teacher. Despite being prepared for it and it not being my first choice, it was the only job I was offered without having to heavily compete for a managerial position in the private sector for $35k-$40k/yr that also required 10 years of prof. experience and a grad degree.

It’s a combination of everything you mentioned. The isolation caused anxiety and stress. Humans naturally crave companionship, yet, play dates were happening on Zoom. The long-term effects from COVID have yet to be determined. I was inflicted with the virus several times, and I feel different today.

I saw this when I started student teaching last fall. I see it in some of my 11 yo son’s classmates. We did what we had to do to save lives. We knew the social consequences. As an educator, I provide whatever social-emotional supports that I can while incorporating whatever life skills I can, too.

As an educator, I know first-hand that these vouchers exacerbate social class stratification; moreover they have had a history of promoting predominantly white classroom cultures. The students may not realize it, but rest assured that parents and policy-makers do! Vouchers do more harm than good.

I don’t believe I ever reached that level of musical talent, but I practice regularly. What’s most important to me, and what I look for in other musicians, is playing from the heart. I want to see emotion, hear a musician tell a story from their POV, and deliver that message through their music.

That is heavenly!

Oil and money. The black gold. Remember Venezuela? Now Iran. Both are top oil producers. Iran also controls the Strait of Hormuz, another major money-maker. See a pattern emerging here?

I could totally get behind this war if Iran’s nuclear threat were significant enough to corral a large global coalition to stop the Iranians, but it’s all crickets, except Israel and the U.S. Yes, this is personal for Trump and Bebe. This war will break us like Iraq, where nothing ever changed. πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

Exactly! Unless a given country’s national security is at risk, they shouldn’t be obligated to involve themselves in other countries’ conflicts. The U.S. and Israel manufactured a crisis of epic proportions that will rattle the global economy for many months, perhaps years, to come.

Not at all. I think that she would’ve let other countries settle their own differences while making sure that such processes didn’t imperil our own national security. We can’t afford to police the world. It’s not our obligation.

Two things are at play here: supply of housing isn’t meeting demand. The red tape for house-building is stifling. This needs to be addressed swiftly. Secondly, wealthy investors shouldn’t be able to monopolize the housing market and thereby artificially control market prices that max out profits.

So many people don’t realize how easily they’re giving up their data. My middle school son is a coder. When I told him that I wanted to do the ChatGPT image of our family that is trending right now, the first thing he said is that it would be at the expense of our privacy. A lot to think about.

We’ll never know the real truth. My condolences to the families of the service members who made the ultimate sacrifice and who didn’t ask to be there. This war only distracts from the real domestic issuesβ€” an ailing economy on Main St. (Wall St. is great), tariffs, and Epstein files.

They’re bored with peace, as it shows.

We’ll be charged in more ways than one. Energy prices will inevitably spike, creating a domino effect that leads to food price increases and widespread job loss. The impacts will be direct and indirect. That’s on top of the ridiculous tariffs that are keeping the rich in this country rich(er).

For anyone who’s been following Middle East culture, this is general knowledge; however, are we prepared to penetrate the multiple layers of governance? Did Trump even account for this. Even scarier, we could have Iranian-backed terror cells in the U.S. operating autonomously. Trump poked the bear.

Did he convene the board of peace before pulling the literal, not metaphorical, trigger? He’ll have his hand out for a Nobel Peace Prize, as he’s hedging on a miracle for democracy in Iran. That country will be destabilized for many years. Iraq and Afghanistan nearly broke us, and what did we get? 0

I personally know of many Iranians who are rejoicing over the end of a malevolent dictatorship; however, what will this path to democracy look like? What conditions will Trump put in place? He’s a shrewd business man. He has control of Venezuelan oil and now Iran’s. See the common denominator here?

The only change we’re going to see is further destabilization in the Mid East and soaring energy prices when investors flood the New York Mercantile Exchange early Monday morning. Heck, for all intensive purposes, I declare our job market moribund. Don’t believe BLS’ data. Hang onto your wallets.

Been there, done that. ENHARMONICS! Four sharps or six flats and a double flat for seven total flats. Our choice, right? I know what I’m choosing! πŸ˜† It’s all good!

It’s hard to believe that it’s been that long, yet, look at how we’ve devolved since then. We just keep going backwards. It was the police killing back then, and now it’s ICE killing in the most heinous way.
