What Reba is saying is that you should steal all of their height to use on yourself so you can squish and flatten them even wider.
Should add the difference is Dragon types had like a year or a bit more we didn't see any printed. But fairy had an official statement that it was being removed.
Dragon as a typing just comes and goes every so often as most of them are the secondary typing. (Like fighting for Garchomp)

They already introduced fairy and removed it later as it was too *difficult* to balance or something. Probably because fairy monster have often been meta relevant and it pretty much shut down all dragons. Which already isnt fair as they have weird energy typing for the attacks.

There are still ways to play the game with a super small player based though. I need to get it back on the new PC and see about playing it again sometime.
That would not be me. But I'm pretty sure there was a popular assault player called Outlaw, and I feel like I could be wrong with the name. But there was a guy called "Odakee" or something. I just remember everyone loved to annoy him as he got pissed super quick lol
