That’s what four years have done to us.
Protect peace.
Don’t let war become normal.
the fact the president of the united states is even thinking about asserting emergency powers to disrupt an election - just a few years after he incited an armed coup attempt - should be the top issue. but the media mostly shrugs and the opposition doesnt focus on it.
The richest man owns X.
The second and third richest men control Google.
The fourth richest man owns Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
The fifth richest man owns The Washington Post.
And now the sixth richest could soon take over both Paramount and Warner Bros.

Today marks 14 years since 17-year-old, unarmed Trayvon Martin was shot and killed while walking home.

The fact that russia hasn’t attacked our energy facilities for a day doesn’t mean we have electricity or normal heating.

It’s already -10 °C outside and getting colder.
russia has damaged our energy system so badly that one quiet day won’t fix anything.
Just to clarify, as I see many comments on this:
Generators Kyiv receives from Europe power hospitals, water pumping stations, heating facilities, and emergency response services.
They are not for residential buildings; they help keep the city functioning during attacks on energy infrastructure.

Malls, cafés, and every place running on generators really help these days.
People need not only warmth and hot meals, but also a bit of light for their mental health
I am deeply concerned about Liam and every child at the Dilley Detention Center.
No parent should have to worry about whether their child is eating, getting medical care, or deteriorating in detention.
What I saw was alarming — and unacceptable. Liam must be released immediately.
