International Women's Day is interesting, because it's only acknowledged (imo) in Ireland by companies, boots on the ground nobody cares? Like do the people who organise things in their job go home and celebrate the women in their lives or is today just another Sunday?

I also hate multitasking in the background on calls, neither thing gets my full attention that I think it overall takes up more time

Then compound all that with meetings regularly going over time or starting late??

A 45 min meeting for 12pm has just started 5 mins ago, absolutely crunching into lunch 😢

What's really frustrating about WFH is that your day gets really fragmented by calls and the gaps in between aren't long enough to get decent work done, so you end up doing bitty stuff and never really clearing the to-do list
