I'm not familiar with the NHS and have heard its better to go to a private practice. Some specialists are within the NHS but endometriosis is so poorly taken care of by the medical system, it'd be like finding a needle in a haystack. I suggest going to support groups of any kind and asking there.
There's an endometriosis clinic in London that you may be able to get started with. I'm not sure exactly where you live but I'm sure she can find help. Its not easy especially if you don't know what to look for. Try r/endo and ask them. You can't give up especially with how tormented she sounds.
