The EXPECT-AGRI team arrived in Côte d’Ivoire and is beginning field research across the country.
In the coming weeks, they will be working on cocoa, coffee and oil palm sectors and learning directly from farmers’ livelihoods. 🌱☕

The described and drawn ideas revolved around greater play areas, music, community food (even a free Michelin star restaurant for locals!), spaces to relax in, and greater green spaces.
Also included were ideas for inventions like kinetic floor tiles which produce energy through jumping on them.
A little while ago, Philipp, Adam and Iljana from our research group visited a school for Future Day – and the kids’ ideas for the city of tomorrow were amazing! 🌆💡
From superblocks to energy-producing floor tiles (and even a free Michelin restaurant!), they came up with wonderfully fresh ideas. 🌱
