I fear this is a larger gaming trend. Every game (with exceptions like Elden ring) is unbelievably easy. I would actually love for Pokemon company to usher in a new era of difficult games

I enjoyed it briefly, the explorable areas felt a little hollow and uncanny valley and I wish there were more differences to the buildings than just different color roof
