Russian foreign ministry stated that any attacks on civilian targets in Iran or Arab countries are "unacceptable and must be completely ruled out."
Just today, Russian hypocrites killed two people and injured 11 more in Druzhkivka, Donetsk region, and it's still early.
Another attack on civilians from Russia that claims it never does this:
In Dnipropetrovsk region, a Russian drone attacked a passenger train in motion. One person killed, seven more injured.
This is yet another attack on Ukrainian railroad system, one of very many.
