Bullying remains far too common within our sector,
particularly among freelancers. The report shows:
β¦οΈ32% of respondents experienced bullying or harassment in the past year; 34% are freelancers, 27% are in permanent roles
β¦οΈ19% faced discrimination; 20% are freelancers and 14% are permanent staff.
