Something that haunts me is during hurricane katrina (I lived in Louisiana at the time) I looked outside & watched a squirrel trying to hold on to a tree branch for dear life. I think about it all the time.
Sometime in the past week, me & the 7yo started eating a meal we call “red fish & chips” there’s no fish & no chips involved. It’s cookies, goldfish crackers, & strawberries. On a shitty paper plate. That’s the meal. But for some reason we get real excited about it.
