I follow someone on tiktok and her recipe has always worked for me (when I havent overproofed). I also cold proof mine in the fridge over night so that I can just bake it in the oven in the morning.
Homemade fries and Cheeseburger biscuit bites 🍔 These actually turned out pretty good next time I would probably leave out the brown sugar or use less it was way too sweet and use some of my own seasonings in it

Ive heard such good things about poppy war I might have to add that one to my 2025 list. Mine was Acotar. I know not everyone likes that series but thats what got me back into reading books.
