RE9 comic Big monster dragging Grace away as she screams Monster gets shot in the face BLAM!! Leon smugly: "Seems like she was... a bit of a drag" Grace, having nearly died by a giant freakish monster, looks up at Leon entirely confused "huh?"
i almost had my head bitten off by a giant freakish monster, why is this old man making lame jokes at me π #re9

Here it is! AAAaaa I can't believe it is finally out!

Resident Evil is my favorite Metroidvania.
Yeah, that would be an interesting twist from something like Etrian Odyssey. Especially if the dungeon becomes more dangerous on the way out.
Its weird N64 never had many JRPGs really.
I made this art just to challenge myself more in the N64 art style.
Its all just made in blender for a Hypothetical suitNtie RPG thing idk.
#lowpoly #blender #n64
Are there any turn-based extraction RPGs?

Why would you even do that?
Remember the good old days when portable systems were specifically designed to be as portable as possible? I still keep my 2DS XL always charged up since it's so easy to just stick in a pocket when I go run errands.
I have to remind myself that Switch 2 footage could be in docked mode. I haven't even bothered to take the dock out of the packaging since I'm just treating it as a portable system.
This was just a wild hair statistic I wanted to track 'cause I'm rereading the book.
There are numerous changes between the book & movie though. One of the biggest is that Malcolm dies in the book... but then the character was so popular in the movie that they retcon it and bring him back.
Random Jurassic Park tidbit - in the book, the protagonists don't actually land on the island until you're about 20% pages in. In the movie, it's faster, but not egregiously so - they land around 14% into the movie's runtime.
What? Are you really having fun if you don't have spreadsheets & data?
I see a list with 9 Souls games, I approve.
Doesn't look great, but if this is as bad as it gets in portable mode, I can live with that if the remake itself is good.
And yeah, Requiem is a technical marvel on the Switch 2. Feels like a big first-party release.
I really liked Firefly & the movie. This many years later, I'm not that interested in a new season or movie/mini-series.
I'm all in if somebody made a high-quality RPG though.
Tom Selleck in Runaway poster. Directed & written by Michael Crichton.
Keeping the gore flowing with Haunted Lands. A rather violent CGA/EGA era love letter that feels quite a bit like classic Castlevania meets a zombie movie but for old PCs

Mentioned this in an upcoming podcast episode. An exclusive strategy works with Nintendo because a lot of what they make seems like only they're making it. Whereas Sony, although they frequently do great work, feels like they're usually just making the same stuff the rest of the industry makes.
M is for maybe this starts with an m N is for next letter, and that one's an n E is for easy, like spelling this word M is for magpie, the stealingest bird O is for only three more letters to go N is for nearly there, you mnemonic pro I is for imminent, this poem's end C is for congratulations, my spellingwell friend
If you are unsure of how to spell mnemonic, here is a handy mnemonic:
I like Marley but Marley's the worst.
(whooooaaaa)
"Yeah. I guess I just like liking things." From Community.
I like the bots and I also like Joel. And Mike. And all the other hosts.
And they've avoided the issue that's seemingly hit most of the major Western pubs: they keep the trains running steadily. Consistent releases in the big pillars, a few random swings, and even solid collection releases.
When you list them all out like that, it's really impressive.
I like Knuckles, but Sonic? Can't stand the guy.
Resident Evil Requiem at over 5 million copies sold, making it the fastest selling game in the series to date.
My opinion on Resident Evil Requiem so far (just saw the helicopter cutscene) is that Grace's campaign has been as good of a next-gen traditional survival-horror experience as you could hope for.
Leon sections are okay, but I prefer original RE4.
Game runs great in Switch 2 portable mode.
That's very true. Something as seemingly minor as a slow default text speed can make a game feel awful years later.
