Pour moi les enjeux principaux des personnes concernées c'est :
- obtenir des adaptations aux besoins (difficultés praxiques, sensorielles, de communication, etc.). Y'a pas besoin d'étiquette "autisme" pour ça. Juste besoin identifié -> adaptation, ça devrait être ça la priorité.
Il va y avoir beaucoup de réactions à cet article, je réagis en français.
Résumé, déjà : Uta Frith souhaite revenir à un mode de diagnostic qui trie les Asperger des Kenner, et trouve que le truc du "spectre de l'autisme" c'est allé "trop loin" (on va revenir sur ça).
Considérer qu'il est possible d'aller trop loin dans la mise en place d'adaptations aux handicaps, c'est idéologiquement situé. A droite.
Oui perso sans être très informé sur ce sujet en particulier je trouve déjà ça frappant de voir tous ces gens avec "teacher" etc en bio en mode "article très intéressant très important" alors que la réaction des personnes autistes est plutôt horrifiée
