Can someone please explain to me I’ve managed to lose a Switch!?!

Yeah it really feels like a viscous cycle some days!

I can deal with wobbly eyes, not being able to see properly, leg cramps, nerve issues but one thing I cannot come to terms with is fatigue

As someone who wants to operate at a million miles an hour all the time fatigue is my biggest frustration, I end up angry, sad and I can’t deal with it 😤😖
